Osteopath, Injury Rehabilitation and Performance Therapy Specialist


Patrick works, on a daily basis, with active people who are having challenges with day to day activities, including work, sports and exercise, as a result of pain or injury. Throughout his career, his singular focus has been restoring people to the active life they want and need. He is involved in the latest research in the understanding and management of back pain, staying up to date on the most effective methods for successful treatment.

Patrick graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine with a Masters degree in Osteopathy (Distinction), where he was also awarded prizes for Research, Osteopathic Technique and Clinical Practice. Building on this knowledge, and combining it with a passion for exercise rehabilitation, Patrick tailors his treatment to you. Patrick has a special interest treating athletes and sports-related injuries having previously achieved a first-class honours degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Essex. From recreational joggers and gym users, to elite athletes, Patrick strives to accurately diagnose any problems and provide a personal rehabilitation plan to get you back to your best as soon as possible. Patrick is a member of the Osteopathic Sports Care Association, and completed the prestigious OSCA mentorship program, gaining invaluable experience working in rugby and elite sprinting. Patrick is currently First Team Osteopath at Amersham & Chiltern RFC and provides sports injury clinics and pitch-side first aid for the senior squads. He is also the Sports Performance Team Leader at Oaklands College, St Albans and works closely with the extremely successful Oaklands College Athletics and Rugby Academies and Focus Performance sprint squad. In July 2022 Patrick was a member of the medical team supporting Great Britain at the U18 European Athletics Championships in Jerusalem.

Patrick works with athletes and active professionals to resolve their pain or injury, and reach their goals in record time. His background in fitness, sports medicine, and practical health gives him a unique insight into the needs of his patients, and what it takes for them to remain active and doing what they love, without pain. Patrick is passionate about working with people like you, who value their health and are willing to do what it takes to maintain it.

 

Patrick is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy.
